Project brief
A residential terrace organised around an outdoor fireplace, with seating, planting, and hardscape treated as one composition.
Further project details are not published; this page presents the design as photographed.
Design challenge
Bringing a fireplace, seating, and surrounding planting into a single calm outdoor room rather than a collection of separate features.
Design response
The fireplace anchors the terrace and sets the material tone; seating is placed to face it without closing off the garden beyond.
Planting softens the hardscape edges and carries texture and seasonal interest around the seating area.
